I've said for quite some time that NOR's primary business, based on its primary source of funds is issuing paper. And just like that you highlight how the Directors can get 15m share bonus... sell the company for $30m. They could conspire to sell NOR for 0.05 with 600m pieces of paper on issue*. This would net them a $750k bonus.

And 0.05 also happens to be the SP when you first posted. How delicious would it be for you to have round tripped to 0.05 over 5 years? Just a little less than your $1.00 prediction lol

ii. 5.25 directors shares from last CR
iii. 12.5m NORAAE
iv. 43m NORAAA
v. 15m NORAY
vi. 16m NORAAC
vii. 30m NORAAB
viii. 19m new 0,05 oppies (inc ii)
ix. 32m CR in 2024 because NOR burns $1.5-1.6m per year, not $1.2-1.3m Doz suggested before. Like dilution, Doz doesn't understand cash burn and netting out R&D Grant/loan.

I thought the send off was a bit over the top for a number 11 , especially considering I made 354 off 60 deliveries . A rank full toss , talk about shit getting wickets .
