    To me - this reads to me as though Karl Jupp has been pushed out of the company….
    Fallen from Managing Director….and moved to Non-Ex Director in March 2023 and now “retired” (with no other director interests in any other companies) Elected to a Silent Director position - a position that will have NO influence the board.
    Any others see the same ? Anyone know anything and care to elaborate ?
    New director voted in.
    Not saying he has done a great job - SP reflects performance …
