I'm still on the fence about GDI
I'd love to know your thoughts around the 5c distribution which appears to be part capital return (rather than actual income earnt from the properties). This isn't sustainable long term and unless GDI can increase occupancy or increase rents, I doubt that the divi can be sustained. Is this not a concern for you?
