I highly doubt their will be any form of sale.
If there was management would be fools for not continuing and finishing the buyback. Very big opportunity loss on that front, imagine if they got $30m+ for just the flames DSU which should force the sp up as we would then have a 100% cash to market value ratio.
Even if they need all the funds and maybe debt on top to get multiple rigs for full field development they would still have been better off buying every cheap share possible then just taking on more debt if needed.
My theory is either going it alone and must self fund their drill campaign or a JV with a buy in, only two options in my opinion that justify the manner of the buyback and no capital spending including not even for a cheap vertical Bradbury well.
If they get a sale of any form everyone should be getting their pitchforks out for the sheer incompetence and wasted opportunities of the last 6 months.
