Why will no one take on Palestinian refugees from Gaza, ncluding their brethren?

Here's some thoughts?
a. No one really cares about them. If they did they would have taken care not to allow Hamas and the UN to leave them in squalor.
b. The Arab world and others like many in their forum wish to perpetuate the Palestinian problem to the demise of Israel - you if there were no Palestinians you'd all have to find some other excuse.
c. Everyone understands clearly, firstly the Egyptians, that they have trained each other since young to be bloody murderers (75% of them want one state with Israel non existent)
