Anyway that challenge to take not put him on the ballot should move quick, think they have to resolve it by Jan 4th so really only 6 weeks. Logic tells me the SC could would have to rule in favour off keeping him off the ballot.

Reason being is that this has never come up before and SC will have to set a precedent and it makes no sense to allow some one that was involved in a insurrection to run for the highest office
