PIRAMAL paid $37.6mil for 16.7% for TSI.
FND holds 83.7% of TSI and the market currently values it at $50mil as if FND holds only 20% of TSI.
It is obvious FND is ridiculously under-valued. Very under-valued.
That's why Redleaf puts a sp target of $3.61 (even before PIRAMAL deal).
