We just got an update from Corelogic which showed that the volume of transactions was almost flat for the period July-October in QLD (vs same period last year).
Interesting to compare it with Tamawood construction revenues which increased by 30 % yoy during Q1 24.
Curious to understand why there is such a gap between the 2 figures. I guess that there was probably some price increase for Tamawood, but it probably does not explain such an increase of revenues.
