except for the fact that you ignore the obvious that this company is much further ahead than it was 2 years ago and potentially on the verge of being the first mover in ground breaking extraction technology that will shape the industry and potentially put hard rock miners out of business over the long term, nevermind the premium attaching to the ESG credentials
