On Nov 6, Hazer gave themselves 8+ days to install the reactor for mid-Nov, and clearly stated they'd move immediately into commissioning/startup. By implication, they'll skip announcing RFSU.
No news has therefore been good. Optimistically, the CDP may have been ramping up for several days already - or maybe mid-Nov will turn out a bit more elastic.
