if there have been any takeover approaches then surely the directors would have to make an announcement to the market under their continuous disclosure obligations wouldn't they? So given there hasn't been any announcement, nor was there any reference to any approach in today's announcement, I assume there haven't been any approach from any other company with a view to taking over NEU. Is that not a reasonable conclusion to make?
I'm holding very tightly only because I believe in the enormous potential of this company, which exceeds anything else available on the market at the moment. Of course I'm betting that the Ph II results due to be announced in Dec will be positive.
