The company secretary has to answer for this.
Who are they, and how qualified and efficient and conscientious are they?
How much are they being paid for these oversights?

INR needs to become more professional, you can't have contractors locating wrong drill pad locations without oversight, and you can't have paid company secretaries not doing their job efficiently.

All these things add up in the eyes of potential investors, to determine whether INR is a professionally run outfit or not.

"Perception is everything."

There needs to be greater professionalism displayed, and more auditing and oversight of all company activities and personnel, to ensure the highest quality.
