I have a problem with the performance ratings, the sp/market cap is weighted far to low imo.
can the performance shares be met and the mc be lower?
If so then the weighting is not high enough for increasing the value of the company for shareholders,
40% weighting on the mc would drive them to increase company value not 10%
PH imo needs to go , he has to much history working for the greedy rich and I don’t think his objective is the science for the good of humanity , his objective imo is creating untold wealth for himself and friends disregarding the smaller shareholders as pawns in his game , we employ him he needs to remember that.
the Asx dictates the board must work for the good of the shareholder, how can putting his shares up as collateral knowing they will be lent to shorters be good for the shareholder?
