Athos working with MS... as revealed by the equity swap data. Between them they have nearly 10%. But who are they both working for? I also wonder, given they've been using these equity swaps to fly under the radar since august, whether Talon or STX management clued onto what they are up to, and forced them to disclose (i.e. given that excluding the equity swaps they are still below the 5% threshold). Whatever's going on, it is very interesting to see MS-linked parties getting to 10% so close to the vote.
