I won't be attending the AGM but I will certainly write to him expressing my concerns, it is obvious company management are aware of the disquiet, amongst shareholders, I also realise as others do, including management, that the sharemarket is still very bearish to the point of almost complete lack of retail interest in small speculative stocks regardless of their potential. This lack of interest is not been reflected anywhere near as much in the ASX 200 index and definitely not in the US S&P 500 index at this point in time, and I would think that eventually the momentum will turn to the positive in the small and micro cap stocks.
The point is retail money is being directed away from the speculative stocks such as LPD, but from what I can perceive and comments from large investors such as Rick Rule institutional, and private investors are making plenty of finance available to those companies that can impress with their operations.
Meteoric raised 20million in a weekend when they needed to fill a shortfall from the sale of a goldmine to secure their tier 1 ionic clay tenements in Brazil, the dough is there if you have got the goods.
LPD say they are the global leader in sustainable lithium mica processing. except we don't produce anything at all so far. We have not impressed potential finance providers with out technology, they either don't understand, (which I doubt) or don't care, which I suspect, because the preferred hard rock is spodumene from a western perspective, they(western financiers) lump mica processing in the Chinese camp of adverse environmental outcomes. This is the impression I got from listening to Ken Brinstead and Joe Lowry, they dismissed Mica production outright because of the Chinese connection believing the way forward was with spodumene.

The thoughts and influence these people and other have on the industry is profound. That's why I have come around to thinking that Chinese involvement in finance for our mine and chemical plants may be the best way forward. I will put this to Joe maybe he will shed more light on intentions, considering they now wish to sell beneficiated ore to the Chinese
