Mr Market certainly punished SFR for the very expensive Matsa buy funded almost entirely by fresh capital.
That is why the share price went down to $3.30 and I thank you all for the opportunity to buy a quality Cu-Zn business at an excellent price. Motheo was thrown in for free.
A glance at slide 20 of the quarterly presentation will put minds to rest on Matsa ore reserves. While we do not yet have a fully worked resource estimate, recent drilling has defined additional orebodies in close proximity to existing workings. BH & team also gesture credibly at adjacent prospects they intend to drill this FY.
SFR is openly developing production growth opportunities at both Matsa and Motheo
The true value of SFR will be recognised quite soon.
