I must say that I absolutely agree with you for once. This is a dictatorship! The problem is the dictator thinks he knows it all and does not like to hear anyone's opinions but his own!

Although he thinks he knows it all- but has not proven himself in ANY of his companies, he is not willing to put the right team of people around him that can give him support and enable this to be the biggest and best rare earths project in the world. This is all coming from a place of FEAR, which is why he appoints his friends as directors (which has absolutely no input into this company and have no proven track record) so they can have majority votes and run this company to the ground as they have done!
