Seriously? Take a minute to think about the top three reasons why a litigation funder would be concerned about financing AVZ. The first two you should be able to name in less than five seconds, and the third is blatantly apparent to anyone who reads and asks questions.

There is a reason none of the major five funders have engaged and signed a term sheet with AVZ. No one has heard of Locke Capital in funding ICC claims.

That should be a red flag for you in itself but you already know that because you are not here to ask questions and have an open mind. You are here to share misinformation and blindly support Nigel.
