I think the same result would have happened no matter who you have. The issue with any basin opening plays is you need deep pockets to fund the exploration as nobody else has dealt with the issues at hand and IVZ probably should of had a JV by now to take on some of these risks think someone posted the cash used on some of the Namibian plays and it was around 150mil before sizeable discoveries were announced and probably IVZ need to spend something in that vicinity to prove up this resource.
