Did a little bit more hunting around on the net and there are quite a lot of articles saying that:
New Hope will pay between 5-7% royalties on New Acland.
or
New hope will pay up to 80% of royalties to themself.
Which seems a little contradictory. Also doesnt mean this is true! of course . The gist of the rationale seems to be:
When NewHope leased/bought the land they offered to lease/buy the royalties as well. Im assuming some people accepted some didnt. That or there is a combination of some of the land where there title includes mineral rights and some where it does not.
I would like to think we will find out on first saleable ore from New Acland on the next quarterly activity report.
