I mean yes, but also the lease has to be worth more than their market cap right now.
So dilution is a risk, but probably not a make or break one in the medium to long term.
If there's a lot of value, it will get extracted somehow. IMHO a massively commercial hydrocarbon find probably isn't just going to get left in the ground bc IVZ are short term short on cash - more cash was always going to be needed to get it out anyway.
