Is that sarcasm or are you seriously looking at investing in a drc project?
Doesn't get much riskier then drc, isn't even a unified country, rife with warlords, rebels, coups, corruption, no infrastructure or educated work force.
Wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole and nearly every serious investor or institution won't either.
And even if by some miracle they pull it off and get a mine built and mining profitably it will probably share the same fate as WAF trading at a massive discount to its peers due to being in a unstable region.
