Very good, no more outlandish targets and statements. Focus on Efficient growth, which most probably implies the objective is to increase return on investment. 10% plus growth each year happy with that. Also like the idea of backroom cost review. It appears the cost of growth and operations was getting out of hand.
In my opinion it will take time for the share price to catchup, need to reduce debt and improve the ROE substantially.
