Joe made it clear that he expected funding for the Concentrator by the end of the year but he was hesitant to commit to funding for the chemical plant. While funding forAD is a priority, they are focusing on becoming free cash flow as soon as possible. They envision the fastest way to cash flow is to sell ore to the Chinese.
