    I think you are right@Gharp - somewhere 10.5-12.0 should do it. Good entry level. Might flatline for a while though until the company starts the sidetrack, and then I think we will crawl roughly half way back up (prob to around 18-ish, at a wild guess). At least, that's the way I will play it.
