There is surely not alot left to do now? So with the cold commissioning they were able to run the catalyst feed system and the gas inlet, test all of the safety functions you would imagine, and with this hot reactor it's a case of now having hydrogen on site with alot of graphite..
Apart from a bit of control system addition, I can't see how there are any major things to do. The furnace needing a bit of run time as well, and testing some loops for optimum efficiency, and slowly introducing the right staged heating, we should be off and away very soon.
