It is entirely possible that they maybe are withholding pertinent and important information from the SH for some particular reason I can't think of a valid reason to withhold vital info from your SH if in fact that is what they are doing. It could led to some nasty legals further down the track in relation to a class action...anything is possible as they have already demonstrated and we apparently are the mushrooms it appears. All IMHO DYOR and get those red flags in. If we have been deprived of information that we should have been exposed to in order to make a reasonable informed financial decision how does that work? Just saying...somehow we are last to know what we should have known earlier. The info isn't sensitive one would think so the reasons for us not being informed are what? I think we could guess at a few reasons fairly accurately if we had to...shareholder support is fairly vital in these torrid times for IVZ is it not?
