Competitors openly recognise that a granted ML with Heritage clearances etc typically puts a mibe development a couple of years ahead of the alternative of having neither.

This company will possibly be taken over long before a spade hits the ground anyway … that is certainly what all this recent accumulation indicates to me.
technically, WildCat holding a price break above 93 may trigger stop losses going off etc, as that’s previous highest close.
