There has been a lot of discussion in this forum regarding mine life extension at Koolan Island. Peter Kerr said, we can dig deeper into the main pit but you get issues (I think he said water issues) that you need to manage. But the overall message was that there will only be "incremental" benefits in mine life and no "substantial" benefits. Perhaps this is why they extended the license so they can get some of this incremental mine life increase. Lets look forward to the acquisition. My guess, is the mid west.
