    What question I would like someone to ask Michelle who is going to the AG is
    1) Are you going to exercise your one million options?.
    If she says she can’t for legal reasons, ie insider trading problems, then this is a positive sign.
    If she says NO for ANY other reason, this means no deal is happening.
