dont forget the other requirement that MUST be achieved at SOA meeting (everyone seems to be fixated on the 75% of shares that vote being in favor requirement), but more than 50% of SHAREHOLDERS who cast their vote must be in favour. (1 HIN counts as 1 vote for 1 vote for this condition).
Given that there are over 100k small retail shareholders (mums & dads etc) , and although usually the vote turnout % of these is usually very small, it many not be the case this time.
I will not be one bit surprised (predict?) if its this 50% of shareholders who cast a vote failing to be in favour, being what produces the final outcome.... the deal is thrown out.
