Archer are being instructed to request for this this patent to be assessed by the patent office, or it will lapse. Being filed I think puts their IP on record, but then you have to separately request an examination for it to become an approved/accepted patent. Either they've been making changes to the patent or they don't care about it anymore. It could be simply just no news.
