So every SH as of 30/11 gets a bonus option (for every 20 shares held) in the money today (which was the lowest SP in 3 years!). I like it.
3 Piggy back options again at an exercise price of $1.25 which you wouldn’t expect for the SP to be in a few days/ weeks from now, you can pretty much say in-the-money again. I think this is a good way of rewarding SHs for loyalty while bribing in much needed funding without external dilution.
Overall issuing 33 million shares upon all options being exercised resulting about 20% dilution with a total of $36.6Mn which is about 23% today’s MC (about $156Mn). Given the options and shares will mostly be held by sticky hands (including Dr.T himself) this has to be a well structured options package and fund raising strategy which I am sure is the brainchild of Dr.T
