You're constantly spinning the narrative clutching at a new set of straws every time someone replies to you. In what world is a company that is looking to extract a fossil fuel from the ground to use to turn into urea expecting an Assessment not required decision? did the company state this in an announcement or are you yet again just trying to spin your dribble.
