maybe I need to highlight some of the problem for russia with Labor shortages :
1. russia have an ageing population but retirement age for men is 61 and women 56 - quite young 2. of course they may not get there - average age of men dieing in russia is 64 3. those consripted into the army or , wounded badly or dead from combat 4.those men that escaped russia to avoid being mobilised 5.worker shortages resulting from (above) causes wage growth which impacts inflation 6.The shortfall has come from central asian migrant workers - but russia has been mobilising them and many are now cautious about working in russia
a problem russia has made for themselves , in the context of big increase in weapons manufacture .....russia is running out of workers
