    This has probably been covered but there's far too many posts flowing into these threads..

    When did the 21-28 day time frame kick off? I would have assumed from Monday morning when the announcement came - but I've read some people have stated that would have started Friday?

    If Monday, 21-28 puts us at 11th to 18th dec

    If Friday, we're looking at 8th to 15th Dec?
