The results regarding the renumeration report demonstrate the shareholder apathy at play. What is the point of complaining if you are not going to vote. That is the problem with most retail investors, they dont engage, yet if they voted they could of got more than 50% and given the company a first strike and strong message to Miller.
That said, I don't think Miller will be there too much longer, he will be following Cannington.
