Very nice of shorts to hold the price up so holders can take up the SPP offer.
I hear they're usually a very generous bunch towards retail.
Talga doing a raise by SPP only might have caught some off-guard who were expecting to close out positions via a large placement.
Now the company will be funded for another ~6 months, shorts are exposed to Talga hitting a lot of upcoming milestones before an easy exit event for them:
-Appeals dismissed
-Offtakes move to binding
-Tal-Si study released
-Tal-Si offtakes?
-Vittangi's status within the CRMA?
All of these likely happen before Talga do a substantial raise to fund capex
