One would assume that they have some understanding of the testing market (i.e., benefits and challenges). Along with Atomo, they have invested heavily into LDX, particularly when its shares were significantly (significantly) down.
Are they regretful, or opportunistic and patient? Perhaps they will bring a new voice to the shareholder table.
