We wait with great anticipation, I just wonder how long this appeal process will take, it was thrown out by the appeals court end of September, here we are at the end of November. With the changing market sentiment we are in a holding pattern while the rest of the market seems to be gearing up for a rally, especially now the U.S. is pulling back on bond rates and the EU is stabilising.
