Fair thoughts Spec, i think if you look a little deeper here, you'll find it gets to 3moz pretty quick, if you add the refractory ore, could print 5moz+. Though those would be useless.
But as you say, the terms and possible CR to pay for all this, is the question mark. IMO it merits a small long. That gap will probably fill (7c) and ill add T2 buy. But happy to punt for now with a looming CR possible.
