I think that is harsh on WA. They have been very good especially when you consider the western regimes in Canada and USA. They are awful.
Nothing is for free, stability comes at a price.
Africa does look cheap though, holding together after a string of coups mid-year. Hoping the worst is behind them.
We are about to enter a new leg higher in 24. Been positioning aggressively.
