They were given until Oct 26th to develop the basics, then on November 4th the lawyer submitted a supplement to the application. So let's say it has been roughly 18 days. It feels longer because we've been watching intently since the 28th of Sept.

For comparison, I had a look at the timeline during the initial Court of Appeals submission. The final deadline for the Court of Appeals submissions was the 7th of June. The submissions were then rejected on the 31st of August. 85 days later. However, that was during their holiday period where Swedes make the most of their limited summer and have an extended break. Fortunately, I believe their Christmas break is shorter.

Whether or not there is any connection between the two court's time-frames is another topic, however it does put our 18 days into some perspective... but who knows, perhaps the hard work has already been done by the lower court and they can make their decision in a more timely manner.
