Did you get an email about the raising or were they posting the letter/form?

If via email there will be a link to download your personalised offering, along with the link you need to enter your surname and postcode.

If no email then you need to sign in (or create) to your investor account with computershare and select your KPO holding (if creating new account you will need to link your KPO shares by entering your CHESS ID, surname and postcode) select documents and it should be there for you to download the booklet, then you can use your personalised BPay reference to transfer funds to apply for your rights, or more if you want to apply for shortfall shares as well.
