These assertions are not accurate. There is no evidence of a middleman, and this extra should be revenue to 4DX. They sought reimbursement and managed to secure a much higher rate than they bargained for. Of course, there are costs involved in delivering the product for 4DX including to the radiology provider, but any extra revenue more than sought, should be a bonus and adds to margin.
