Given the company up until had been very frugal in capital raising and creating too many shares until this most recent head explosion, not only raising at a low 43 cents but giving those invited not 1 free option at $1.20 but 2.5. Why 2.5 Sabine? And only to select few ?
Does smell a bit,and no doubt Sabine the options were intended to be well and truly in the money
