No wonder they dropped this so late after the market closed. Just paid 5% dilution for the privilege of being able to dilute existing shareholders by another 50% based on current SP. That’s assuming the SP doesn’t plummet after this announcement or during next years possible recession. They did try to spin it well in the announcement. Ouch.
