if hype can be believed and an NDA is in place and the company has been trying to clock diseases for 20 years, you can safely assume they haven't just gone to the ball with the first pharma to offer a discussion.

if the data is good enough to be having the discussion then the nda will
be with
one of the biggest BP
multiple BP
or with the understanding that if the deal discussed isn't special enough that data will
be released for a frenzy.

if one is trying to lock it up they will need to be paying something we are extremely happy with.
