Vote NO to AW getting anything at the AGM. Why reward anyone to run this SP down into disgraceful territory, unless the option strike price is set at similar to when the company was (once) making inroads.
More than willing to reward him AFTER the company starts turning a profit, hell he makes 5 x my annual salary for doing what exactly? Maybe he can explain.
