I hope you're right. A good outcome from this case will be a release from some of the shackles holding back the SP. Then if growth is shown to continue in the Jan '24 quarterly it will compound that and the MC can really reflect some of the latent value here. Return of subpoenas are scheduled for tomorrow and allowance has been made for 10 days of hearings.
